I've worked with Alex Perez, the owner and general contractor on 4 major remodels over the past several years. I'll describe the specifics below, but that alone should tell you that Alex and his crew are simply outstanding in every way.

1. We hired an original contractor for the total renovation of our master bedroom, walk-in closets, and gutting and installing a new master bathroom. Alex was one of the contractor's employees. It became clear immediately, that Alex was more like a foreman. There was absolutely nothing he could not accomplish -- no matter what problems came up. In any remodel, there are many. Alex kept us calm and offered insightful and educated suggestions. Alex worked closely with the closet designer as well. The result: the master bedroom and bathroom suite are absolutely gorgeous. We love it!

2. Since that experience with Alex a few years ago, he moved on to form his own company - AP General Construction. We hired Alex to totally gut our 1959 kitchen. It was arduous and very messy work. Alex had to work with other contractors and permit inspectors on the job. Nothing phased him. He is confident in his ability, and yet very humble.

3. Another job that Alex and his team did was take-out the cement driveway and install beautiful, balanced pavers! One neighbor even stopped by and asked for Alex's contact information. Alex did a driveway for them as well.

4. We also hired Alex to redo our ugly backyard that was filled with weeds. It is now a place for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. We even purchased a massive gazebo, which Alex and his team installed for us too. Alex Perez is polite, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Alex believes that each client deserves his attention. The last area I want to address is communication. Alex returns phone calls in a timely manner, which as we all know, is not common with contractors. Alex Perez is an outstanding general contractor!

Alex Perez is a first rate contractor! He just finished a complete remodel of my condo in San Francisco. The crown molding throughout is absolutely stunning! He gutted the kitchen and bathroom and remodeled each, including a new pocket door on the bath. And now, both are magazine feature worthy. I will be recommending him to everyone, so if you want him to do your job, you better get on board right away.

Alex has been helping me for the last five years he has remodeled about 80% of my house and also added an addition, I had many questions and concerns regarding materials,colors etc. But he was very patience explaining the process he was very thorough i would definitely recommend Alex,Dario and his team very professional and polite people i had work with different contractors and AP has been the best quality wise and financial as well.

Alex P. is amazing! He just helped us add french drains to the south side of our house, and added new trim to our windows, closed up gaps in our siding, and re-painted our whole house. We are so happy with the results, and Alex and his team were a pleasure to work with.
